1st Point of Contact
During this initial contact whether it be a phone call, email enquiry, fax or text; we will ask you detailed questions about your home renovation which allows us to get a basic idea of your home improvement needs and expectations.
STEP TWO
Your FREE Expert Appraisal
We offer you our FREE Expert Appraisal, Where we come out to the comfort of your own home and discuss how we can help you with your home renovation, also providing you expert advice.
STEP THREE
High Quality Plans and Designs
If you don’t have plans drawn up or want to make changes to your current renovations plan we will provide you with a qualified and experienced architectural designer.
STEP FOUR
A Great Quote
When suitable plans are decided by you, our project manager will then create a quotation document for you. This quotation provides you in detail how much each aspect of your house project will cost you, so you know that your house renovation will be completed within budget.
STEP FIVE
Building Consents
Once you are 100% completely happy with your finalised plans we can get your building consents for you if needed. The processing of building consents from your Local Council can take up to a minimum of 20 working days.
STEP SIX
Contracts Set in Place
Our qualified builders will discuss with you in detail about what certain contracts provide you. This reassures you that we are responsible for your home remodelling and certain duties are placed on us.
FINAL STEP
Your Project is Underway!
Once plans, building consents and contracts are finalised and signed off then the exciting part happens. WE BEGIN BUILDING YOUR DREAM HOME!
